With a one hour massage, complimentary paraffin dips, sweat lodge and cold plunge, plan on at least 90 minutes for the Hole experience. Towels and robes provided.

- Sports Massage - a massage consisting of kneading, compression, rolling and vibration to return muscles to peak performance.
- Thai Massage- muscles are pulled and kneaded while joints are decompressed. Done on a cushioned mat while fully clothed.
- Deep Tissue Modalities - neuromuscular (involves trigger points), myofascial (through the Rolf Institute), postural realignment (Gary's' specialty), and Ashiatsu Oriental Bar TherapyTM.

- Mud Sweat - Relax in our sweat lodge blanketed in a Romanian Black Sea Mud from Lake Techirghiol (in Romania) and discover a truly magical experience. This is 100% natural sapropelic mud rich in Sulfate, Sodium Chlorate, Brome, Idione.
